Problem Note 45886: Authorization errors might occur when importing a package in SAS® Management Console when the SAS® BI Lineage Plug-in is installed

If you have the SAS BI Lineage plug-in to SAS Management Console installed, you might see an authorization error in the SAS® Metadata Server log if you attempt to import a package. Specifically, this error can occur if you are logged in to SAS Management Console as a user who is not unrestricted. To resolve this issue, the Default ACT for the BILineage repository must be modified to grant WriteMetadata and ReadMetadata to standard users who will using SAS Management Console.
